Launching WOODS as a locally-owned and independent agency has enabled Phil to combine his industry knowledge and marketing expertise with local values to deliver outstanding results.

When he’s not attending to his client’s real estate needs, Phil is a dedicated family man who lives and breathes the unique Coast lifestyle with his wife, Lucy, and two young children.
